RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURE

 

At MILITARYMAN, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Certain items such as discounted/final sale products may not be eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7days of receiving your order.
  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value (subject to availability).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will provide refund as per your preference.

 

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Please be aware that handling fees of Rs.150will be charged for exchanges, COD Charges are not refundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@militaryman.in

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that show signs of wear, wash, or damage caused by misuse.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
